World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria
The fourth expansion since the initial launch of World of Warcraft has launched today and introduces a new race of Pandarens. Many people remember this race as a humorous character from the Warcraft III games, namely “The Brewmaster” which initially started off as a sort of April fools joke but spun off into a well-liked character.
Players will be able to play as Pandarens regardless of faction and will be able to play as a Hunter, Mage, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warrior, or the new class Monk. Starting a Pandaren will start players off at level 1 on the Wandering Isle (the back of a giant turtle) and will leave the area around level 12. Towards the end-game, there will be 6 new dungeons and 3 new raids to do group content with the level cap raised from 85 to 90. There are no new professions in this expansion but there is a pet battle minigame.
